Ditches and Dredging – what information do land managers need?
In November 2025, SEPA moved to an environmental authorisation framework, called the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulation 2018, this now regulates water activities. But what does this mean on the ground? In this video Pete Wright, from SEPA, discusses what the regulation changes may mean for your business and what you can do.
It considered the different levels of authorisation, when you need to talk to SEPA and what help is available.
